Our Action Plan
I started by mapping out user needs and structuring the information architecture to ensure clear navigation. Wireframing helped define key components like fuel consumption trends, transaction history, and usage alerts. To enable real-time monitoring, I integrated fuel card transactions and GPS-based tracking, ensuring automated, accurate data collection. The dashboard was designed for quick decision-making, allowing fleet managers to compare usage across vehicles, detect inefficiencies, and optimize fuel spending.
The Final Outcome
